CYBER INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAM

SOMEs are obliged to take the necessary measures against cyber-attacks that have been or are likely to be made directly or indirectly to their organizations, to establish mechanisms and event recording systems that can respond to such incidents, and to carry out activities to ensure the information security of their organizations.

In order to prevent cyber incidents or mitigate their damages, SOMEs provide recommendations on technical and administrative measures in the works related to the establishment, operation or development of the information systems of their organizations.

SOME, established within USOM (National Cyber Incidents Response Center), evaluates the notifications received about the threats emerging in the cyber environment and ensures coordination with Public Institutions and private persons in order to identify and eliminate such threats. In this respect, incoming notifications are evaluated starting from the first stage and followed up until the solution process.

1. Performing a penetration test.
