In our university, it carries out the tasks of intervening in software and hardware technical failures, computer installation, updating, virus protection, technical support, simple cabling and electronic maintenance and repair of devices that can be repaired within the framework of the available facilities.

We work in coordination with the network and system group for internet and network hardware problems. Licensed software of our University is used in the installation of the operating system and additional programs.

Maintenance and repair requests can be requested through the Electronic Document Management System and transferred to the relevant technical service personnel.
